Inner City Legal Centre (ICLC) are the only dedicated legal service that provides sex workers with free legal advice and in some cases legal representation.
You can access free legal advice regardless of your migration status, employment status, or income.
ICLC can help with:
Submit an online form via the ICLC website or come into the SWOP NSW office for a warm referral.
If you wish to report a crime, SWOP NSW and ICLC are able to work closely with you to provide support throughout the process.
Please note that there are some areas of law that ICLC cannot assist with, including tenancy matters, immigration law, taxation law, workers compensation, and defamation. We can assist with making quality referrals to other, trusted legal professionals that will not discriminate against sex work or sex workers.
