SWOP NSW have developed a training program that encompasses stigma reduction, workforce development, and improved service access for sex workers. The aim of SWST is to provide an overview of SWOP NSW’s services, lived experience examples from sex worker peer educators about how sex workers experience stigma and discrimination, and practical ways to deliver products or services to sex workers without furthering that stigma.
